Genesis Builders custom Homes, Inc. was founded by Peter Y.Sun, who is licensed to operate as a general contractor in California since 1987. Prior to that, he has studied and interned as an architect for 8 years.
      Our mission is to provide the best possible service by sharing the knowledge, experience and resources with our clients; all the while operating in an environment that is courteous, friendly and respectful to our clients, their design professionals, and to our vendors and sub-contractors.
      Our philosophy borrows from Hewlett/Packard Corp.: “companies fail not because of starvation, but of indigestion.” In other words, do not take too many projects at the same time, or you’ll self implode. We are careful in scheduling our work so that we can provide the personal attention to each and every one of our clients.
      Our goal for every project is to create an enjoyable experience for our clients. This includes each client feeling: “Empowered” … because the have been educated in understanding the construction process and “Proud” … because they are included as an integral member of the team.
